UK Points of Light are outstanding individual volunteers – people who are making a change in their community. Every weekday, the UK Prime Minister recognizes an inspirational volunteer with the Point of Light award.
Originally from the DRC, born and raised in Namibia, Dr Esperance Luvindao, representing Namibia, aged 31, is a medical practitioner and health advocate who has delivered free online consultations to over 44,000 patients in hard-to-reach rural areas across Namibia since 2019. She is also a keynote speaker and motivational speaker, public speaking coach, health activist and poet.
